Commercial Maintenance and Repairs
With a portfolio of reputable commercial clients in Hobart, we conduct regular lighting maintenance checks and efficiently respond to call outs for repairs and layout changes within multistory tenancy’s.
In addition to repairs, we enjoy liaising with landlords to work out more efficient power consumption loads such as changing out floors of fluorescent lighting to LED’s. Over a short period of time, this can save thousands of dollars and results in a win win situation for landlords and tenants.
Residential and Project Management
From installing new power points for a client, to rewiring an old home and creating new residential builds, we appreciate working closely with customers to understand their needs and desires.
